Hard Work Rewards

The President’s List and the Dean’s List will be announced at the end of the semester. Any full-time student, enrolled for 12 hours or more, may be placed on the Dean’s List by achieving a 3.2 grade point average. In order for the student to make the President’s List, he must have a 3.8 grade point average.

Upon graduation from a junior college, a student who has maintained a 3.2 grade point average over his entire college work is awarded a Diploma of Distinction. Those with a 3.8 grade point average receive a Diploma of Special Distinction.

The reward of hard work extend past graduation, however. Statistics show that this character of excellence follows the individual throughout his educational and vocational pursuits.
