JOHN FRED AND HIS PLAYBOY BAND will provide music for the Snow Ball tomorrow night at TC. The annual event will be from 8 to 12 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom. Tickets will be $3 a couple; one Texarkana College ID card per couple will be required for admission.
