Seldon McMillin, Jr. has donated a $1,810,000.00 building to TCC for its drafting technology program. The building is in honor of his father, Seldon McMillin, Sr.

This course is new to the TCC curriculum. Included in the program are courses involving architectural, structural, piping, mechanical, and electrical drafting.

“We look for enrollment to pick up in the fall semester after the new building is completed,” said Richmond White, division chairman.

The building will be 4,662 square feet and will provide a new classroom for drafting students. Existing space will be used to provide more offices and a computer room.
