Students from TC’s music department presented a recital last Tuesday in the auditorium during activity period.
Six brass players, under the instruction of Barry Mitchell, performed several selections from “Bartok for Brass.” Tim Higginbotham and Lee McEwen were on trumpets; Frank Woods, horn; Danny Stinson, trombone; Walton Gamble, baritone; and Freddy Gamble, tuba.
Two piano students of James Herrin, Janet Grissom and Sheila McLeroy, presented piano numbers.
