Thought for the Week

by: Gladys Gibson

Wherever we this Thanksgiving let us make it a day of Thanksgiving.

For every family gathering, let us be not daunted, but be of still very heart. At tables spread with plenty, let thanks be said.

For all health given that has hailed for. Give thanks for the grace of our lands; and for our homes and neighbors; for the comforts we enjoy in our homes; for our mornings.

Thanksgiving is more than a gift of health and strength of mind and body. It takes the loving of hands of heart. That’s sing “Giving” for this is what Thanksgiving is all about.
