Members of Education 131 and their instructor, Mrs. Georgia McFaul, observed public school teachers in action in recent field trips to Texas High, College Hill Junior High and Spring Lake Park, Grim and Beverly Elementary Schools.
The observations gave class members a first hand look at actual class methods and techniques that make quality teaching.
One group witnessed the American Heritage portion and came away inspired with the first graders’ performances on the pledge of allegiance and singing of the national anthem.
The field trips were made yesterday, Tuesday and last week Thursday.
