Le Cercle Francais de l’Alliance Francaise continues a very successful year. The club won second place in the Klub Kaleidoscope held in September for their travel theme exhibit. In October, traveling through Paris and its famous monuments by colored slides was the program for the regular meeting.
Thursday, November 1, the club and other French students traveled to Ouachita Baptist University at Arkadelphia to see a student performance of Jean Paul Sartre’s famous play “No Exit”. A Christmas program of French skits and Christmas carols is planned for the December meeting.
Club officers for the school year are: Sarah Braden, president; Donna Fleming, vice-president; Pam Bjork, secretary; Sandra Hobbs, treasurer; and Jua Nyla Hutcheson, reporter.
