Students planning to graduate from Texarkana College are reminded to check on the requirements of Associate Degrees and others, by Registrar K. B. Davis.
“To graduate a student needs 60 semester hours and four in physical education for the Associate Degree,” Mr. Davis pointed out.
Twelve hours in English, three hours in Texas and Federal Constitution, six hours of United States History and the four in physical education are required.
Remaining hours may be selected to fulfill needs and interests.
A student can take additional courses for degrees in Associate of Art, Science, Business and Applied Sciences: Nursing, Data Processing, Career Pilot Technology and Police Technology.
Other graduation requirements include a two point grade average and a minimum of 15 hours in-residence work during the sophomore year.
