“I think it was the best dance we have had this year,” announced Ken Burkhalter, Internal Data Processing Manager.
The IBM Dance was sponsored by the Circle K Club and the Blue Jackets. The music was supplied by Mouse and the Traps from Tyler, Texas. Approximately 300 people attended the dance. Tickets were sold at the door, and approximately 250 tickets were sold before the dance began.
