Merilyn Elrod, treasurer of the Texarkana College Samothrace Club, was named the November Career Girl of the month at the November 23 meeting of Samothrace.
Miss Elrod is the second TC student to receive this honor and will be the guest of the Red River B & PW at their regular meeting.
She was selected on the basis of leadership, scholarship, and outstanding achievement in Samothrace.
A sophomore from Texarkana, Texas, Miss Elrod is a business administration major.
