Pre-registration for second semester classes is set to begin January 4, according to Dr. W. G. McAlexander, Academic Dean of Texarkana College.
The procedure, similar to the second semester of the 1964-65 term, will consist of counseling by the Academic Dean, scheduling of classes with the Registrar, and paying of tuition and fees at the Business Office.
The pre-registration is designed primarily to accommodate those students needing special consideration due to outside employment. Students in this category should obtain a letter from their employer stating their working schedule before beginning their pre-registration.
If the grades, “D” or “F”, were made by a student at nine weeks in a prerequisite course, he is not eligible for pre-registration.
