Four Texarkana College students won honors at Louisiana Polytechnic in Ruston recently. Freshmen Helen Van Hooser and Sarah Law received Excellent ratings for literature interpretation and manuscript reading, respectively.
Debaters Ted Bedsole, sophomore, and Vic Greenwood, freshman, won two rounds.
Seven students accompanied by Mr. Rolfe Wylie, speech instructor, attended the tournament.
The two-day meet was held Nov. 10-11.
